Some aerobic exercises often give the most attention to the leg muscles, especially in cases of walking, jogging, and cycling. Other aerobics give your entire body a full workout, such as swimming or doing dance aerobics. Doing a combination of different aerobic exercises can help you receive many of the various benefits of different types of aerobic exercises.
